Since every client’s needs vary based on the current condition of their hair and desired results, pricing is customized. A consultation is required prior to the initial installation to discuss hair goals, investment, maintenance, and home care.

I specialize in dimensional color, blonding services, and luxury extensions. If your desired look isn’t a good fit for my expertise, I will gladly refer you to another stylist.
I work with trained co-stylists, so more than one stylist may assist with your hair during your appointment.
My schedule is often fully booked, but I will do my best to fit in new clients. If I cannot accommodate you immediately, I can place you on a waitlist or refer you to my co-stylist, Christina.
I love capturing transformations through photos and videos. If you do not wish to be included in social media content, please let me know before your service begins.
Photos and videos may be taken during your appointment for promotional purposes. If you’d rather not be featured, just let me know before we start!
Due to limited space, safety concerns, and respect for other clients, only those receiving services are allowed in the salon.
My calendar stays pretty packed (shoutout to my amazing regulars!), but I always do my best to accommodate new faces when I can. If I can’t get you in right away, I can add you to my waitlist—spots open up from time to time, and I’ll reach out if something becomes available.
I also work with a co-stylist, Christina, who I personally train and trust. If you’re open to it, she may be able to get you in sooner while still ensuring the same level of quality and care.
I know how frustrating it can be to wait, especially when you’re excited for a change.
But I promise—great hair is worth the wait, and I want every client to have the best experience possible. Whether you see me or Christina, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling confident, beautiful, and taken care of.
Life happens, but last-minute cancellations impact the salon.
Here’s how it works:
Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment: You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of your scheduled service, plus you forfeit your deposit and hair (applies to extensions services).
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and a 50% charge of services booked.
By booking an appointment and entering your credit card information, you authorize Ayla Mac Hair Co./Tara Mclaughlin to charge your card for agreed-upon services, purchases and any applicable cancellation fees as listed above.
